UPDATES: Plant status for Malaysia's LCT PE units

Market sources reported that Lotte Chemical Titan has shut its LDPE unit since yesterday as planned meanwhile it is still trying to resume its HDPE (PE3 Unipol) production this week.

The HDPE (PE 3 Unipol) unit is located at Tanjung Langsat, Malaysia, with a production capacity of 115,000 tons/year, meanwhile the 230,000 tons/year LDPE unit at Pasir Gudang, Malaysia will remain off-stream until 27 February 2017.
