According to market sources, Shanghai Golden Philips Petrochemical Company Limited has unexpectedly shut its HDPE unit since 24 January 2017 due to ethylene supply shortage
Based in Shanghai, China, the plant has a production capacity of 135,000 ton/year. It is expected to resume production by 16-17 February 2017.
