India's Reliance restarted PVC unit from maintenance
According to market sources, Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) has restarted its polyvinyl chloride (PVC) plant on 23 January 2017 after scheduled turnaround.
Based in Hazira, the western Indian state of Gujarat, the PVC plant has a production capacity of 360,000 tons/year. It has been shut since 7 January 2017.
