Major Thailand revised PE offers following firm trend

Firm market sentiment in Wednesday encouraged major maker from Thailand to revised its offers today with an increased of $10/ton for HDPE film and yarn to reach $1155/ton and $1165/ton respectively, and a $30/ton hike for LLDPE film to reach $1245/ton, as compared to their initial offers during beginning of the week, all on a CFR China, LC at sight term.

A trader informed, “Our supplier managed to conclude good deals upon initial offer announcement hence offers have been lifted further following the trend. We managed to conclude some deals after price hike and we believed that prices would continue to stay firm in the near term.”
