A key Indonesian producer keeps PP and PE offers stable from the pre-holiday period following a ten-day break on the background of softening regional market. Players said everyone is on the wait-and-see to gauge the outlook before making buying decision.

Trading sentiment is weak. Manufacturers are returning to work gradually, though many decision makers are still away from their desks, which could lead to another week of quietness. Customers are in no rush to make replenishment, especially with the thin interest in China market.
“International suppliers keep import homo-PP at relatively competitive levels. Local sellers might need to adjust offers, it is better to stay on the sideline,” a buyer said.
