The initial response from the market is not very strong, according to sources. Buyers might not be able to accept the latest offers due to the mediocre end product business. “Converters would have to convince end-product buyers again to accept the new hike. At the current market condition, no one would want to take the risk to keep stock unless there are already PO for the finished goods,” a trader said.
