Emergency shutdown at India’s Reliance PP plant

According to market sources, Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) has unexpectedly shut its PP plant today due to technical glitches.

Based in Hazira, Gujarat, India, the plant has a production capacity of 600,000 tons/year. It is expected to remain off-stream for a week.
