It is reported that another major Saudi Arabia producer has announced October shipment offers for both PP and PE to Vietnam at lower levels compared to last month. 

The detail price list and month on month changes are shown in the following table:

It has been informed that due to a severe technical problem, there are no homo-PP yarn and BOPP available this month. The producer might need several months to replace the parts, which might continue limiting supply for these grades.

“New offers are relatively competitive and we hope to obtain some minor discounts before concluding some quantity,” a Vietnamese buyer informed.
