According to market sources, Shenhua XinJiang Coal-based New Materials Project is planning to restart its coal-based PP, PE plants within these two days.
Based in Xinjiang, China, its 450,000 tons/year PP plant and 270,000 tons/year LDPE plant has been shut since 3 August for around 35 days turnaround, whereby both plants are in preparation for restart recently.
