According to market sources, Taiyo Vinyl Corporation has restarted its PVC plant since end of last week after scheduled maintenance.

Based in Yokkaichi, Japan, the plant has a production capacity of 310,000 tons/year. As reported earlier, it has been shut for turnaround since early March 2018.
