Market sources reported that Sinopec Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Co Ltd has unexpectedly shut its LDPE (New) line yesterday due to technical glitches.
Based in Beijing, China, the plant has a production capacity of 200,000 ton/year. A source closed to the company informed that the plant is expected to remain off-stream for a month.
