It is reported that Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group (Ningmei) has unexpectedly shut its new coal-based PE plant (Phase II) since yesterday due to unexpected glitches on its plant granulator.
Based in Ningxia, China, the plant has a production capacity of 450,000 tons/year. The restart schedule could not be ascertained.
