According to market sources, Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company has encountered technical issues at its LLDPE plant today, which lead to emergency shutdown.
Based in Zhenhai, China, the plant has a production capacity of 450,000 tons/year. It is expected to remain off-stream until 9 February 2018.
