It is reported that Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group has completed the 60 days maintenance shutdown at its coal-based PP and PE plants (Phase II). The company resumed production on 28 November 2017 and aim to have on-spec cargoes within days.
Phase II is relatively new, which completed construction earlier this year and started commercial run only in July 2017. The complex houses two PP units total production capacity of 600,000 tons/year and a 450,000tons/year PE unit. Meanwhile, Phase I production is unaffected by the shutdown.
