The continuous firming trend recorded in local Indonesia appears to have come to a stabilized stage as a major domestic producer announces fresh PP and PE offers today mostly at stable to firmer level from last month.
It is reported that supply for homo-PP yarn and thermoforming from the producer is especially tight due to the on going shutdown. “However, we are meeting the immediate requirement from distribution market, where traders have been forward selling at lower levels since last week,” a converter commented.
