Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company (Petro Rabigh) reportedly shutdown its LLDPE line on Wednesday (16 March) for maintenance work. The plant is expected to remain offline for approximate one week to ten days, market sources said.

An unverified source of information reported that PetroRabigh is recently looking to sell or sold a 6,000 and a 9,000 tons of ethylene to the market. Based in Saudi Arabia, Rabigh petrochemical complex houses a 300,000 tpa HDPE line, 600,000 tps LLDPE line and a 700,000 tpa PP line.
