As reported earlier this week, a number of petrochemical plants based in Houston, Texas, USA have been shutdown following a catastrophic tropical cyclone that cause heavy flood in the area. Today, more producers are affected by the continued rising water levels, leading to a wide spread concern over the supply outlook in the near to medium term.
