A major Thailand producer has announced fresh PP and HDPE prices to Indonesia after nearly three weeks absence due to the long holiday in this market. The maker reportedly cuts homo-PP and PP film prices by $10-20/ton while maintaining PP block and HDPE unchanged. Latest price list and changes are shown in the following table: 

Buyers are very reluctant to accept the offers despite the adjustment as local traders continue to keep homo-PP based on delivered term at very competitive levels. “Besides, many buyers have not returned to their desks after the Ramadan holidays, therefore, trading activities might be limited this week,” a market source said.
