According to market sources, a major Korean producer has announced June shipment offers for PVC to India with $20-30/ton increased from last month, reaching $940-950/ton CIF India, LC 0-90 days term.

Indian buyers are taking very calm stance, awaiting more new offers from international suppliers before making decision. “However, we do not think that market is ready to accept higher prices this month. Buyers might ask for discount to conclude deals at stable levels compared to last month. At the moment, most people are taking wait and see position.”
