As reported in the earlier trading day, a major Thailand producer cut homo-PP offers $15/ton week on week basis to bring latest prices to $1055/ton CIF Vietnam, LC AS term. Buyers in the country responded quite positively toward the latest prices and a number have made purchases.

Source close to the producer informed that they have sold out approximate 2000 tons of material without any additional discount, mostly to converters. “And at the moment, we have withdrawn our offers though many other buyers are sending in purchase inquiries. Other grades including PP block copolymer and HDPE are still available.”
