A major Saudi Arabia producer has announced fresh PE offers to Vietnam for May shipment with $20/ton lower month on month basis. The maker’s latest price list stand at $1180/ton for HDPE film and $1200-1210/ton for LLDPE film, all based on CIF Vietnam, LC AS term.

A buyer placed bid for LLDPE film at $1180/ton with the same term said, “The supplier is still not having large quantity this month, however, local demand for LLDPE film is a bit weak. Event at $1180/ton we might still make loses. Hence, we plan to only make a small purchase this time.”
