According to market sources, Sinopec-SK (Wuhan) Petrochemical Company Limited has unexpectedly shut its HDPE unit since 7 April 2017 afternoon due to agglomeration on the reactor.
Based in Wuhan, China, the HDPE plant has a production capacity of 300,000 tons/year. It is expected to remain off-stream for about 7-10 days.
