A major Saudi Arabia producer has announced fresh homo-PP yarn offers to Vietnam today with $10/ton increased from last week, reaching $1100/ton CIF Vietnam, LC AS term. It is reported that homo-PP yarn availability is very limited and buyers in the country has accepted to hike for that reason.

A market source added, “Despite firmer offers, prices are still within the market acceptance levels. We are unsure if market could firm up further in the near term. Domestic suppliers are holding back on their cargoes, hoping that stronger import ground could support the local trend.”
