Indonesian buyers this week reported to have received fresh weekly offers for Philippine homo-PP at $20-25/ton reduction to reach $1165-1170/ton CIF Indonesia, LC AS term. Buyers in the country are placing bids at lower level to conclude deal, though it appears that suppliers are not showing tendency to accept buyer’s idea.

A buyer commented, “We remain conservative about making fresh replenishment even with the reduction. Our end product business has yet to see significant pick up, however, we do hope the orders to come in the coming week as preparation for Ramadan season.”
