According to market sources, Hanwha Chemical (Ningbo) Co Ltd is planning for a scheduled turnaround for its PVC unit by beginning of March 2017.

Based in Ningbo, China, the PVC plant has a production capacity of 300,000 tons/year. It is expected to remain off-stream for 2 weeks.
