Fujian Gulei targets fourth-quarter polyolefin launch amid feedstock pivot and cost pressures

China’s Fujian Gulei Petrochemical Co Ltd is advancing trial operations across its new petrochemical complex in Fujian province, targeting a commercial start-up before the end of the fourth quarter of 2026, market sources said on Monday.
