Market sources reported that Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) is planning to shut its PVC unit for maintenance during second week of January 2017.

Based in Hazira, India, the PVC plant has a production capacity of 360,000 tons/year. It is expected to remain off-stream for 15 days.
